”There is a growing need for specialists of environmental and sustainability sciences, who can assist with navigating the limited resources correctly instead of solely stating what should be done. Students in our programme come from various backgrounds – just as in working life – and we are taught to work well together.” Ville-Pekka Niskanen is a student in the International Master’s Programme in Environmental Change and Global Sustainability (ECGS) at the University of Helsinki. In the programme, you learn to tackle global socio-ecological challenges that call for multidisciplinary solutions. Graduates will have expertise in environmental sciences, sustainability sciences and environmental policy to act as specialists in the public, private and third sectors, or to undertake a career in sustainable business and communication. Apply to our International Master’s Programmes before 11 January 2019.
