In an ever more international world, expertise in national law is not enough. In the future, lawyers must be adept in the application of several judicial systems. According to professor Jaakko Husa, this is a strong point for lawyers educated in the Anglo-Saxon legal system – familiar with the system of precedents – as they approach each case separately in a solution-oriented manner.
