“Nutrition needs to be understood as a whole: how the food we eat affects our body and our mental health. Food is not only energy intake, but it is also social and emotional.” According to Kenia Fita Capdevila and Isabell Schreck, the Master’s Programme in Human Nutrition and Food-Related Behaviour not only provides a multifaceted view on food and how it influences us, but the multidisciplinary approach also enriches thinking and provides opportunities to connect studies to real research. The next application period to our 36 International Master’s Programmes is from 1 Dec 2021 to 5 Jan 2022.
