Work 🔹The remote work recommendation remains. This applies in areas that are in the acceleration or community transmission phases. 🔹Working on-site is allowed if the employee and supervisor consider it best. 🔹Work requiring an on-site presence is carried out on premises. Facilities 🔹We are opening buildings for studying and services. 🔹Self-access facilities opened in the summer remain open. 🔹Other necessary self-study facilities can be opened through careful planning. 🔹Units must comply with local regulations and guidelines. Events 🔹Safe social distancing must be realised in practice in any events or meetings held on our premises. 🔹Event organisers should carefully consider whether meetings of more than 10 people indoors or 50 outdoors are necessary. Libraries, museums and sports and fitness services 🔹Operations will continue according to the guidelines set for the summer. 🔹You can find more detailed information on the websites of the Helsinki University Library, the National Library of Finland, the Finnish Museum of Natural History, the Helsinki Observatory, the Helsinki University Museum and Unisport. Travel 🔹Travel abroad is permitted only when necessary for work. 🔹Trips must be agreed in advance with the supervisor. 🔹When travelling, the restrictions set by the Finnish government must be observed.
