University of Helsinki skyrockets to the 48th place on the Global Employability Ranking. The global employability ranking is based on a survey directed to the recruiters at top companies and aims to find out which universities are the best at preparing students for the workplace. The survey shows that the recruiters in most countries value skills such as collaboration and communication, critical thinking and the capacity to adapt and keep learning. The annual ranking lists the top 150 institutions worldwide for employability, based on a global survey of around 7,000 recruitment and international managers from major businesses.
